Hi all -
Trying to get records from my past school, 6th grade through 12th grade, where I received accommodations for chronic pain. I was on a 504 plan that allowed me to function and leave class anytime for breaks to reduce my pain, among other accommodations.
This was 2008-2014 though, and I'm not sure these records will be available any longer. I have contacted the school district and they have already bounced me around to a few people with no definitive answers.
My parents or pediatrician's office might have a record of them, but I was hoping this would be the easiest way to attain them.
Has anyone had issues like this come up?
