This happened to me. I had received 1.5x all throughout high school due to and college (due to ADD) and then only approved for 1.25x on the MCAT; however, I was also approved for additional breaks because of anxiety which was a huge help. The accommodations they gave me were actually better than 1.5x time in my opinion so I would not worry and trust their process. The MCAT is typically pickier with extended time - most high school/colleges do not have the 1.25 option which probably would have been more suited for me - I usually found 1.5x time to be too much.

If you are still worried you can under go psychological testing, but this is very expensive and typically takes about one whole day (I did this and still got the 1.25x time).
