Yes, scores are sent automatically and no there is no way you can prevent your score from being sent to a school you applied to. :luck:
 
Unless you're applying through TMDSAS. You have to have your scores sent to them.

Once they are released to each of the application services (AMCAS, AACOMAS, etc...), they are released to all the schools in that category. Medical schools caution you about withholding scores. It causes more suspicion than anything.
