Hello everyone,

So I had this dream last night that I was taking the MCAT and I could pick and choose which time of day I wanted to take each section. And the section was graded immediately after you took it. I had finished the verbal section and got every question right! I was contemplating what time to take the physical sciences section when the dream ended.

I wonder if this dream was an indication of feeling confident, or my subconcious telling me something else. Usually my MCAT dreams are anxiety provoking. This one was so nice and I was disappointed to realize that it was just a dream.

Anyone else having MCAT dreams? please share!

For some reason I haven't started having my wacky mcat dreams yet. I give it another 2wks.

I have yet to have an MCAT dream for the April exam...however, I did have one a week prior to getting my August MCAT results (yeah, this would be my 2nd time taking it...boo). What's freaky is that when I got the scores in the mail, they were the EXACT same scores from my dream...or shall I say, nightmare.

Funny, my dream last night was me dressed in lingerie rolling around in chicken grease singing "I could have danced all night".

I liked my anxiety MCAT dreams better. At least I could interpret those.

yes, nightmare would be the better word. I remember last year I dream that I got like 30's in each section and the scores were given out like 10minutes after we finished the exam. I was soo shocked because the lady said I got a 36 and I was excited, but then she said that was my verbal score...I like 😕 ....I must be pretty smart to get a 36 in verbal.

Anyway this was a dream, the scores I got in real life was a nightmare.

I have had a total of two mcat dreams already, one good, one bad-

The Good:

I was taking the exam and I felt really really super and I was like "wow" this is great, my momemtum is really up and I can ace this. Then I woke up and realized it was just a dream. It felt soo real.


The Bad:

I entered the test center late, I tried to catch up with everybody else that already started before me. But then during the bio section I got caught up with some stupid orgo...I tell you the biology itself was like 3 questions and then they bombarded me with crazy orgo passages. They even had this 5page article written in size 9 font and I was sooo pissed. And for some reason those who were done got up and went on break, but this guy and girl decided to stay and help me figure out some of the really difficult questions (signs of a real dream....lol).
WHen everyone else came back from break, I had like 20mins to complete the remaining 9 orgo passages. I decided to just do some random bubbling.
Then the president of the MCAT came in all dressed up in a suit to say hi and collect the scantrons.

That was when I was like OH ****....I forgot to get a scantron when I walked in. Instead I just circled my answers in the test booklets themselves and I already handed in the verbal and physical and I KNOW they wouldn't give it back. So the only thing I can bubble in is the biological section. My score will just be the bio section. OMG....I am sooo screwed, there is no way they will give me back my booklet so I can record my answers.....I would have to take this exam AGAIN in august....AHAHAHHAAHAAHAHAHAHAAAAAHAAHAHHAAH


Woow...then I woke up. Thank goodness.

Let the "bad" dream serve as a lesson boys and girls...make sure you bubble in as u go otherwise you might end up being screwed.
