anyone able to suggest a good book that will explain MCAT genetics better than the EK series does? Thanks

Genetics by Klug and Cummins is good.. the 7th edition is latest. It is a good book.

I agree...I used that when I took genetics. Some parts are boring as hell but some of the stuff is very-well written. And the entire trascription, translation and replication is explained via the experiments that formed these concepts and makes it really easy to understand.
