Let's say current doctors were made to take the MCAT again. How would they do?

Depends on their subspecialty. Someone working 60+ hours per week wouldn't have a lot of time to prep.

Like LIS said, anyone who is decently intelligent and puts in the hours to prep can do well on MCAT.
