MCAT Low?

I will have a 3.12 cGPA by the time I apply to medical schools and I scored a 31 on mcat (14/10/7). Would I need to retake the mcat?

31 is indeed a solid score, but your score is kinda unbalanced. That might hurt you because of your GPA.
 
I'd recommend really strongly against retaking the test:

The stats aren't pretty. For people who are in the 30-32 first score, there's a really strong chance your score will either go down or remain the same. The risk isn't worth it. You'd be better off doing some post-bacc classes or something to help with that GPA.
