mcat math. mental math?

First of all im have higher than average iq, since i have a gpa in undergrad that is above 70(which is average). I did well in stats etc but im not good at mental math. I know big pat mcat ar is things like dat since estimating mm is used cause u dont have much time. Will this be a prob or can i write out everything?
