I would appreciate some advice from those that have prepared for the MCAT and might be in the same boat as me.

I graduated from college 4 years ago. At that time I was in the pre-med track. I took a Kaplan prep course, then the MCATs then applied soon after. But I was rejected (most likely due to my less than stellar GPA). I am giving it one last go, hoping to push my score from a 30 to 35 to give me a better shot. What prep courses (or self-study if that is recommended) would best be suited for my situation?

Are your scores already expired? If not then I would use that same score and just work on my GPA. Taking some upper division sciences may be a good idea if you haven't already taken them. Just my .02!! ;) Good luck to you.
