Nobody can tell you with any degree of accuracy what score that would be on a real MCAT.

since each test is scored based on a curve of the current test-takers, the final score based on a raw score will vary


are the questions in the big red kaplan review book representative what is on the real thing? i can't really remember based on the exact questions, since i took the test last year, but that book is the only thing i studied out of for the test, in addition to taking the practice aamc tests. i did alright, so i am satisfied with the preparation the big fat red book provided me.
