I want to ask how close these tests to a real MCAT

If they are close, how do I calculate my total score?
If there are any MCAT score big enough so medschool will forgive me my foreign degree? I've had 5-year long degree , I guess equivalent of MS here ( my university switched to BS/MS system 2 years after I finished )
My title says : " Biologist, professor of biology and chemistry"
