Hi all! I got my MCAT scores back yesterday and now I need to make a decision about whether or not to retake. Score: 509 (124/127/128/130). My low score is C/P which is unfortunate. I am planning on applying pretty much exclusively DO. But I don't want to fall into a trap of thinking it's easier to get in.

You do not need to retake your MCAT. Your MCAT and GPA are competitive for all DO schools. You are also competitive for lower tier and newer MD schools and possibly your state schools depending on your state of residence.
