For all you poor shleps out there, like me, who have managed to not receive your paper MCAT scores already, here's the procedure as I learned it this morning. You must fax in a request, to which they will act by no later than that given day, as far as sending out a new one. With the request for another copy and an explanation as to why you are doing so, specifically that it has not arrived yet and probably got lost, you must include the following information:
Name (Obviously)
Address to which you want the score sent
Phone number
Social Security Number
The fax number is (319)337-1122
