This might be a dumb question to some of you seasoned MCATers but here goes:

Is your score based on how everyone else did on the same FORM that you have? Or is it based on everyone TOTAL that is taking the exam during that administration? I always thought it was based on everyone who takes it total, but I started thinking its probably unfair because I've heard that forms can vary widely as to the content that is on it sometimes.

of course, it's based on how others did on your own form. the raw scores for each form's corresponding scaled scores will be different based on relative difficulty. any other way wouldn't make any sense.
