Discussion in 'MCAT Discussions' started by payornay, Oct 30, 2014.

Is it illegal or/and unethical to "sell" your MCAT seat to get your money back+rescheduling fee?

If you are talking about making your seat available to a specific person... you really can't do that. There is no way to guarantee that you could transfer a seat to the person you "sell" it to, so any attempt to profit from doing so is basically fraud.

From what I know, AAMC started reserving the seats people cancel and releasing them at a later random time/date to prevent this from happening.
