Three parts of any good MCAT study plan:
1) Content review- Learning the material. Use EK, TBR or TPRH.
2) Practice passages- Take after learning the material and to polish up any weak areas. TBR/TPRH workbooks and to a lesser extent, EK 1001
3) FLs- Towards the end of your studying, take FLs to get used to the test and find out what areas you still need work in.
You're lacking that second component. Parts 1 and 2 should be concurrent because it's important to test your content base with MCAT-style questions as you learn.
But definitely do content review BEFORE FLs.
You likely won't do amazing on a FL right now.. and if you happen to do good on one topic (ex. acid/base chemistry) it may lull you into a false sense of security. You may know how to answer the few specific questions you saw but you may not know how to answer a related question without reviewing the content first.
