When is the best time to start studying for the MCAT? I am a sophomore in college.

Yes, definitely don't begin reviewing too early because you would likely forget most of the content you would have already reviewed early on.

I just saw on Altiu that they recommend starting to study in Sept/Oct to be able to be ready to take the test in April/May, but do other people feel that this is too spread out? I feel like I wouldn't remember as much compared to starting in Dec for April test date.
