MCAT verbal vs. GRE verbal

    I rocked the GRE verbal section but I absolutely suck at MCAT verbal... what gives??

    It's been awhile since I took the GRE (about 4 years), but if I recall correctly, isn't it similar to the SAT? Aren't there other things like analogies and vocabulary? GRE and MCAT verbal sections are completely different... and, for me, that could be a good thing since I did horribly on GRE verbal.

    GRE verbal isn't verbal reasoning like the MCAT VR is. They're testing completely different skills.
