I am from Emory and planning to apply to MCG - 3.58 GPA / 37 MCAT / 2 years of Research and Shadowing experience.

What are my chances? What can I do to improve my chances?

What other activities do you have (volunteering, leadership, teaching, etc.)?

We need way more information than that to help you out. What kind of schools are you aiming for? What ECs do you have? What type of research, volunteering, shadowing, etc did you do?

Judging from only your stats, you will likely get in somewhere if you apply broadly.
