Other than verification reports, you will not hear anything from McMaster (or any Ontario school for that matter) until January, and if you do at that time, it's definitely bad news. Interview invites go out in Feb/March. Interviews are March/April. Acceptances go out in the last working day in May.
Canadian schools are very different from American schools: there is no rolling app, or secondaries, and things seem to take forever.

I am applying to Mac too - it is actually my first choice. I can't pass up the opportunity to do an M.D. in three years. 😀
