McGill status - Decision pending?

My status page changed from "Ready for Review" to "Reviewed-Decision Pending". Does anyone know what that means? Should I prepare myself for a rejection letter?

mine still says 'ready for review'

im pretty sure they review ALL of the applications before ranking them for interview offers. So your application being reviewed already gives no indication yet of whether you will receive an invite or rejection.
