No, I am US citizen. I called and emailed the admissions before I applied and I was encouraged to apply. I received a letter in Nov. informing that interviews dates will be mailed out in early Feb for March interviews. They interview every one in 5 to 6 days. Here it is the 6th Feb no news. I hope they have not changed their minds and closed the international pool! I paid over $200 for this application. Thanks I will check out the site.
