MD/MBA and matches into NS

Hi -

I'm interested in NS and eventually transitioning into some sort of leadership within an NS department or hospital. So I'm considering applying to MD/MBA programs.

Is it possible to enter a great NS residency while doing 4 or 5 year MD/MBA programs? In your opinion, is an MBA helpful prior to residency?
