It seems like number of dental applications is going up like exponentially as people find out that physicians are getting kicked in their income from malpractice,insurance etc. and with terrible lifestyle whereas dentists can keep good income with nice lifestyle. Do you think it may be possible for competiveness in getting into dental school to be just about as hard as getting in medical school in the future? I think in Cananda med/dent are equally hard to get in and as well as in other countries. I am premed, but I am seriously considering dentistry also.

Any comment?
