Med School Applications for 2003-2004

When do most med schools start accepting applications for the 2003-2004 school year? Also, what is the deadline for schools as far as admissions goes? Would an August 2002 MCAT score still suffice for the 2003-2004 application process? I know this is a lot, but thatnks for your help.
