Does the reputation of the med. school one attends affect the chances of gaining acceptance into a competitve fellowship (after residency, say IM)? Assuming a student's USMLE scores and grades are good, would going to a med. school with a negaitve, or unknown/nuetral, reputation be a significant factor?
