I have only taken 1 semester of english. I will be taking another english course over the summer, but when I apply to medical school, it will be before I take the course. It says in the prereqs for my med schools that I need to take a year of english. Is it okay if that's not fulfilled until later on, after I apply? Thank you :)

Yes, it's OK that you haven't completed the second English course. But be sure to list it under "future course" on the AMCAS application. Your required final transcript will prove you took it, if you are accepted.

... And make sure your application is free of grammatical errors!
