How do I find out which schools weigh GPA over MCAT, or vice versa. Any insights from your own experiences? I'm sure this has been covered but I cant find it.

honestly, at most schools, gpa and mcat are pretty equivalent in weight.

it's rare that you;ll find a school that favors students with high GPA with low MCAT, and vice versa.

DO schools favor gpa over mcat because GPA shows that you are in favor of working hard and becomming a family practioner which although is a fairly simplistic profession relative to a neuro surgeon we must ask ourselves this question: How many neuro surgeons give birth to other neuro surgeons. Some neuro surgeons also may in fact give birth to family practioners and are quite wealthy lads although not quite as academically proficient as their cube progenitors but they are the who that can afford to buy their way into a DO school with a generous tuition+bribe bonus assuming it is similar to most schools like midwestern. If you arent prepared to bribe your way into an allopathic school a DO school with a lesser status may succumb more easily to your shady dealings.
