Medical clerkship in Cairo Egypt for international students

I am a fifth year medical student in china and I would like to visit Cairo for a medical clerkship for two months or more
Anyone with an idea on how ?

I'm from Egypt but studying in Alexandria school of medicine, I can ask about this in my school, I don't think things in Cairo will be any different. Cairo has many schools which one do you want to visit?

Kasr al aini but I also don't mind Alexandria med uni,I heard it's also a good school
