Medical Conference - What to bring during day

I am attending my first medical conference in a few days - ACP Boston. I was wondering if people typically bring laptops or just pen/paper to learning sessions?

Bring your laptop if you want to get distracted and wind up on SDN. I say this from personal experience.

There will be piles of notepads in the back of the conference rooms. Take notes on that if you want. Otherwise I find I get the most out of just being there and paying attention.

I've never been to ACP but I assume there are special sessions for trainees there. Go to them. They're worth their weight in gold.
