Medical History for and immigrant, now US Citizen. How difficult would be for me to get through MEPS for HPSP?

Anyone here that can guide me so I can be ready with all documents since I moved to the US 8 years ago. I got my US citizenship 7 years ago and I still have my other citizenship. How difficult would be the process for people like me?
Also any advice would be appreciated.

You have to provide evidence that you gave up your other citizenship prior to applying

You may have to have the document also translated and notarized to provide evidence that you did give up your citizenship of the other country
