Medical Physics

Has anybody here taken Medical Physics??Is it comparable to either Physics I or II, or is is as hard as it sounds????????

I worked two summers doing medical physics in a radiation oncology center. I know this has nothing to do with what you aksed but i was just surprised to see someone mention medical physics. it was an awesome job.
