medical schools that favor louisiana residents/students???

What are some medical schools, excluding louisiana's instate schools (tulane, lsu), that favor louisiana residents/students? thanks in advance!

just for clarification.. does your question have to do with students who have been displaced due to the hurricanes?

I doubt any school outside LA would favor LA residents. I can't think of any situation in any state that this would happen except for UoW's unique situation with those states in the NW US that don't have schools. If you are a LA resident then you should definitely apply to all 3 in state schools. LSU only takes LA residents except for MD/PhD or if you have a connection to the school (parent went there).
