I went to Quito, Ecuador with CFHI. It was a good program. You are there for four weeks and spend a week in 4 different clinical settings. You also get to live with a host family so you will definitely learn Spanish. The classes are so-so, but the host family is where you will learn the most Spanish. The classes are mostly helpful for medical terms.
