Medicine in Italy

Is there anyone who is studying in Italy? I live in Sweden but want to study medicine in Italy (Genoa or Milan). What do you I need? How do I apply? Is it hard to get a place? And what language do they use for the literature?

I am Italian and study in Italy. Classes are in Italian where I live. Don't know if you find any cities where they teach in English...
