Meet the nurse who will soon perform surgery on patients alone

Changes to the healthcare landscape in England. This challenges the idea that surgical specialties are relatively insulated from midlevel creep. My feeling has always been that the difference between doctors and nurses is medical school, which imparts cognitive training, much more than technical training.
UK in significant debt + collapsing NHS > saving money and cutting corners however possible. ;)
