mEQ calculation: Pls try this!

I am quite confident with math but feel strange this question. Anybody can help?

KCL 10% sig 15ml tid and calculate of meq of K for each dose. (kcl mw 74.5/ k =39)
A. 13
B. 40
C. 77
D. 80
E. 121

My calculation is as below though.
10g/100ml =1.5g/15ml
1.5gx1000/74.5=20.27
20.27mole x 1 (valence) =20.27meq

You are right. Potassium Chloride 10% is a commercially available product. You don't have to trust your math skills. The package insert confirms that potassium chloride 10% solution contains 20 mEq/15 mL.
