mgh vs hopkins - any thoughts?

I'm trying to figure out how to rank Hopkins vs MGH for IM. Any thoughts? Any comparisons bet. the two (other than Baltimore sucks compared to Boston)?

I would paint a big circle around myself, make half red and the other half blue, assign a program to a color. Then, with the paint still wet stand in the middle and drink untill I passed out, and when I woke up, whatever paint was on the tip of my nose, thats where I would go.

A few of the MGH residents I talked to actually said that they'd rank Hopkins first. I was very suprised to hear this from them.
