Miami sent an acknowledgement form that asked why Miami and the secondary also asks the same question. Is it ok to use to same response or should i talk about something else.

Talk about something else, just to be safe.
I would try not to exactly duplicate what you said the first time, but at the same time I think you can say some of the same things. I think the best way to do it would be to re-emphasize some of your original points while adding some new things as well.
