Mich - do they ever answer emails?

I emailed them like a week ago with a problem and they STILL have not gotten back to me. Is this typical or do I need to call and be annoying to get my question answered?

Buddy of mine is having problems with them also...he ended up calling them.

I had the same issue (repeatedly) with Medical College of Georgia last year. Finally just gave up e-mailing them and called them any time I had a question. Instant gratification

Call them...I called them to ask a question first thing this morning and they were really really friendly and helpful.
