I am having a lot of trouble thinking of something to write for the third essay (Describe something you learned about yourself as a young adult that contributed to your personal growth.)

I can't figure out what type of thing they are looking for...something like "From this situation, I realized I was bad at something, so I worked to improve it and this is how I am now??"

Or I am completely going in the wrong direction??

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
