Microbiology vs Psychology? (Anybody)?

Hey Guys!
I need your opinions. Would a degree in Microbiology would be the best candidate or a major in psychology would be better.

It doesn't matter what your major is as long as you complete all the prereqs. But a person with a Microbio major has a stronger science foundation and better prepares himself or herself for dental school.

while certain aspects of psychology are interesting to me, I would be much more interested in micro. After all, plaque is but a biofilm of bacteria and it couldn't hurt to learn about it early.
