Mid-Tier schools?

Does anyone have an idea of about 10-15 so called "mid-tier" allopathic schools for out-of-state applicants? (applying outside of California)

NYMC, EVMS, MUSC, GWU, Tufts, BU, MCP Hahnemann, Med Coll of Wisc, Vermont, Temple, Albany, Rochester, Finch/Chicago. These are allopathic med schools, both state and private, which take a significant portion of out of state applicants, and are not quite in the same league as Harvard, UCSF, etc. By no means a definitive list-- but good for California applicants

Add Einstein in there, too. These are all decent schools, mind you!
