Mideast General Surgery Oral Board Exam

Does anyone know the exact date and location of the mideast region oral board exam for General Surgery? I am the fiance of a resident and am trying to plan our wedding around the date. Unfortunately, when I call, they want proof I am a candidate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance for you help.
