I really hope that someone arrests them. Ketamine in this setting has one indication, and that is severe depression that is refractory to conventional treatment.

Perhaps they are treating other things with:

Intravenous hydration and nutrient therapy is not just for the sick -- many use the treatment as a preventative measure.

Some frequent travelers use vitamin therapy before long flights during cold and flu season.

Teachers, health professionals, and busy moms use vitamin therapy as preventative measures as well as aiding in quickening recovery from various cold viruses and flu sickness.

Athletes may even use intravenous therapy to legally enhance their athletic performance (say before a race) or to help recover quicker after a strenuous performance (post race).

And, of course, there are those who seek the ReVitalize (Myers' Cocktail) Infusion remedy for their pesky hangovers.

WHAT IS THE COST OF INFUSIONS?

In an effort to make this treatment more accessible to those that need it most, Revitalist has created an affordable cost structure for those living in and around our local community.
40-Minute Ketamine Infusion:

$349 per treatment. These infusions are indicated for depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, migraines and more. -10% off prepayment of 3 or more infusions.

4-Hour Ketamine Infusion:
$800 per treatment. These extended infusions are the most effective for CRPS, RSD, and other chronic pain conditions. -10% off prepayment of 5 or more infusions. This is a savings of at least $400!

Payment must be received for each treatment before Ketamine Infusion Therapy can commence. Applicable forms of payment include cash, check, or credit card. Check with your individual health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) providers as many reimburse this innovative treatment.

At this time, Ketamine Infusion Therapy is not reimbursed by insurance companies. It is being fast tracked by the FDA as a form of treatment for depression, so we hope insurance companies will cover this therapy within the next couple of years.

Patients will not be diagnosed at XXXXX. In order to be considered for therapy, medical paperwork including a patients past medical history and medication list must be provided to XXXXXX. This paperwork may be mailed, faxed, emailed, or hand delivered at a minimum of one week prior to the scheduled treatment.

Physician referral is preferred, but is not mandatory.

LOL. Unreal. Additional liter of fluid: $75.

Even this is officially off label.

Ketamine is only approved by FDA for anesthesia

Lets hope that the DEA raids are coming to them. Ketamine addiction is a serious problem: just ask the Chinese, it’s one of the most abused drugs by the young in southern China. We do not need other epidemics, they need to be shut down.

Yep. Was reading in an article somewhere about the "Ketamine crisis" in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Wait until the first patient suicides -- the clinic will be closed soon after.

The DEA will come in and say, "Oh, wait. We're sorry. We didn't know you're 'nurses.' Goodbye."
