PhD/PsyD Military post docs?

Are military post docs tied into their internship programs or can we apply during internship? *called a recruiter and am waiting to hear back* I would appreciate any knowledge about this. Thanks in advance.

From what I understand anyone can apply to the military post docs as long as you went to an APA predoc internship (they may take non-APA on a case-by-case basis). The military post docs also are linked up with active duty time.
