News article about 2 new studies showing very low vitamin D status in millions of US children:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32265598/ns/health-more_health_news

Of course, this research is welcomed. I must say, however, that I was surprised at a couple quotes from the article. One of the study authors is quoted as saying "It's astounding" and "we couldn't believe the numbers". Huh?? I could understand if he said 'these studies confirm the numerous prior studies...', but to be surprised by these new findings is intriguing.

It will be interesting to see if these studies gain any traction in the pediatric community.

Looks like they'll have to integrate a high-output light into the Wii fit package
