The Minority Mentorship Program is an outreach activity of the Harvard-NIOSH Education and Research Center at the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston MA.

This program is designed to provide individuals interested in occupational safety and health an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills in the fields of occupational hygiene, injury prevention, occupational health nursing or occupational medicine.

Mentees will gain experience from a customized, 40-hour mentorship program by working closely with a Harvard School of Public Health faculty member. Participants will get the opportunity to read the latest research developments in occupational health and safety, attend research seminars in the field, and sit in on courses such as ergonomics, occupational safety, epidemiology and/or biostatistics at the Harvard School of Public Health.

If interested please send a letter of interest specifying your current area of expertise and the type of knowledge and skills you hope to gain through this mentorship program to [email protected] .
