Misdemeanor (mic) and applying

I got a minor in consumption at 18 which was a class c misdemeanor and with this I did an alcohol class and community service and I thought it would be off my record. Well turns out it’s not and I need to get it expunged. Do I apply with it and disclose it or expunge and wait a year to apply? How bad will it hurt my application? Gpa 3.87 MCAT 509
