hey guys, there was a great article about DO's in Time Out NY this week. it talked about the diferenes, the training, the fact that an osteopath is not just a bone doctor. it interviewed a DO, etc. BUT in the end it said that most DOs don't acept insuarence so u have to pay cash. this may be true for some OMM but obviosly wrong for all other specialties. i want to write to the guy wo wrotethe article but as an incoming M1 all i can say is " well, all the DOs i know take insuarence" which is lame. anyone want to write a professinal response or point me to some official website where this information could be found?

p.s i will try to find the link now, but if i don't i will retype that part of the article later today
